			</appropriations-major><appropriations-intermediate id="H96481B9A31F5499CA2BAA031E5FA2EF"><header>Office of Justice
		  Programs</header>
			</appropriations-intermediate><appropriations-small id="H74DE3E78A09F4D119299A7A281007E3F"><header>State and
		  local law enforcement assistance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For an additional amount for <quote>State
		  and Local Law Enforcement Assistance</quote> for the Edward Byrne Memorial
		  Justice Assistance Grant program, $490,000,000, to remain available until
		  expended: <italic>Provided,</italic> That the amount provided under this
		  heading is designated as an emergency requirement and necessary to meet
		  emergency needs pursuant to section 204 of S. Con. Res. 21 (110th Congress),
		  the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year
		  2008.</text>
