			 electric power assisted braking systems, designed for use in hybrid
			 vehicles</header>
			<subsection id="H0B6ED49FF5D247DAA86999B5A08C9692"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.10.95 of
			 the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (relating to certain
			 controllers for electric power assisted braking systems, designed for use in
			 hybrid vehicles) is amended by striking <quote>12/31/2009</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>12/31/2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA6006DAF800A4BCE8B8DA9AED7B3AD42"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods
			 entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day
			 after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
