		  Appropriations Act of 2008, relating to immigration and border security

		<section id="H4E09F0E3C642446898728BC500966844" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short Title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Immigration Law Corrections Act of
			 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H9972A63B59944EB1BAA3914700B559C4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Rescission of
			 Funds for Executive Office for Immigration Review’s Legal Orientation
			 Programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Of the funds made
			 available by the first paragraph under the heading <quote>Administrative Review
			 and Appeals</quote> in title II of division B of the Consolidated
			 Appropriations Act, 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>), $3,760,000 is rescinded, to be
			 derived from the amount specified in the proviso for the Executive Office for
			 Immigration Review’s Legal Orientation Programs.</text>
		</section><section id="H474D7D9F67E44C7A93ABF979F47BC652"><enum>3.</enum><header>Rescission of
			 Funds for Increased Defender Services in Immigration Enforcement
			 Proceedings</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Of the funds made
			 available by the second paragraph under the heading <quote>Defender
			 Services</quote> in title III of division D of the Consolidated Appropriations
			 Act, 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>), $10,500,000 is rescinded.</text>
		</section><section id="HE828885DC8B045FEA8B469660568B189"><enum>4.</enum><header>Repeal of
			 Limitation on Requirement for Border Security Fencing</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 102(b)(1) of the Illegal Immigration
			 Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1103">8 U.S.C. 1103</external-xref> note) is amended
			 by striking subparagraph (D), as added by section 564(a)(2) of division E of
			 the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>).</text>
