Glycerol ester of dimerized gum

(a)

In general

Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.01.00Glycerol ester of dimerized gum (100%) rosin, catalyzed with sulfuric acid, softening point not less than 104 degrees centigrade, acid number 3 to 8, (CAS No. 68475–37–6) (provided for in subheading 3806.30.00)FreeNo changeNo changeOn or before 12/31/2011 . Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
