		<official-title display="yes">To provide for the conditional conveyance
		  of any interest retained by the United States in St. Joseph Memorial Hall in
		  St. Joseph, Michigan.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H56DB8FE4CCD140CB8E19E32EF05DAEC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of retained
			 interest in St. Joseph Memorial Hall</header>
			<subsection id="HBE5F06F3AA1A448486FACCCDAF39D8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subject to the terms and conditions of subsection (c),
			 the Administrator of General Services shall convey to the city of St. Joseph,
			 Michigan, by quitclaim deed, any interest retained by the United States in St.
			 Joseph Memorial Hall.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H362EBFE7638F4018B41692B0A6CAB8BA"><enum>(b)</enum><header>St. Joseph
			 Memorial Hall defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this
			 section, the term <term>St. Joseph Memorial Hall</term> means the property
			 subject to a conveyance from the Secretary of Commerce to the city of St.
			 Joseph, Michigan, by quitclaim deed dated May 9, 1936, recorded in Liber 310,
			 at page 404, in the Register of Deeds for Berrien County, Michigan.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HBFA0F4B0A2C346569D4E918FD77475CE"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Terms and
			 conditions</header><text>The conveyance under subsection (a) shall be subject
			 to the following terms and conditions:</text>
				<paragraph id="H64D54FAE90224A038CD800903ECDF7C9"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Consideration</header><text>As
			 consideration for the conveyance under subsection (a), the city of St. Joseph,
			 Michigan, shall pay $10,000 to the United States.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H64022587256F42CAA419E79B1BA081A0"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Additional terms
			 and conditions</header><text>The Administrator may require such additional
			 terms and conditions for the conveyance under subsection (a) as the
			 Administrator considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United
			 States.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
