Short title

This Act may be cited as the Human Growth Hormone Restriction Act of 2007.

Human growth hormone

(a)

In general

Schedule III of section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (f)Growth hormone, recombinant human growth hormone, or human growth hormone. . (b)

Effective date

The amendment made by this section shall take effect 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
