<section section-type="section-one" id="H3E68C6A777A04A73002CF9FBB3D5EB00" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Davis-Bacon Enforcement Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H859BC4D03141492CA4B2D5459405D69E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enforcement of certain prevailing wage provisions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/3146">Section 3146</external-xref> of title 40, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: <quote>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any provision of Federal law that requires payment of prevailing wages as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with this subchapter shall be construed to include the debarment provisions under section 3144(b)(2) of this title.</quote>. </text> </section> 
<section id="H6C5C93499E4C4A3A829991D56448E4B1"><enum>3.</enum><header>Disclosure of information</header> 
<subsection id="HBBBB732DAC8F46618B955D3D01F7A2B0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>General rule</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/552">Section 552(a)</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph indent="up1" id="H7514003AAD014F4CB7C38C4253F2BC35"><enum>(7)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The complete payroll records, including all information contained therein but excluding the Social Security numbers, established under a contract which is subject to subchapter IV of subtitle II of <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/40/31">chapter 31</external-xref> of title 40, United States Code, shall be made available, notwithstanding subsection (b)(6).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="H2944FAF11349414EBE7D26E334417261"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Construction</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/552">Section 552(a)</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, shall not be construed to prevent or prohibit the disclosure required by <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/552">section 552(a)(7)</external-xref> of title 5, United States Code, as added by the amendment made by subsection (a).</text></subsection> </section>
