			 Office Building</header>
			<subsection id="H520A1552D9BE46ED9DD55CB237152FD1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal
			 Service located at 88–40 164th Street in Jamaica, New York, shall be known and
			 designated as the <quote>Clarence L. Irving, Sr., Post Office
			 Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H89E137FC504E47C7A5E02D00835DAE34"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation,
			 document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred
			 to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Clarence
			 L. Irving, Sr., Post Office Building</quote>.</text>
