<section id="H6E19F63D6C9747FEBCA1161F1D33AB80" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Handheld electric can openers</header> 
<subsection id="HFC6266FB2231479D8500979E3400DE80"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.23.38 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking <quote>12/31/2009</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2011</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H8955BC4F0791462498EB481374CBCE44"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
