<section id="HF55781E7E05C4AA29840CE67A6D9C4F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>9,10-Anthracenedione</header> 
<subsection id="H42B51CEB3E6F402FA7D7547120BB1E24"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The article description for heading 9902.24.05 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended to read as follows: <quote>9,10-Anthraquinone, 2-t-amyl (CAS No. 32588–54–8) and 9,10-Anthraquinone, 2-iso-amyl (CAS No. 68892–28–4) (provided for in subheading 2914.69.60) or in organic solution (provided for in subheading 3824.90.28).</quote>.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="H55256984D1494E94A3C0D65C4DBE0073"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header> 
<paragraph id="H1A53B208C87D4FA5A37E1BFD3484D97E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on, or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HA8FD9B7FDEFE498D83764DE2DB221CEF"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Retroactive application</header><text>Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/1504">19 U.S.C. 1504</external-xref>) or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection before the date that is 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, any entry, or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption, of an article described in heading 9902.24.05 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (as amended by subsection (a)) that was made—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H82384BA3E4444F1FACF91442E2CF2D76"><enum>(A)</enum><text>after December 31, 2006, and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HED61EBE9131F4A75B544EB965C85193B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>before the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act,</text> </subparagraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="paragraph">shall be liquidated or reliquidated as though the amendment made by subsection (a) applied to such entry or withdrawal.</continuation-text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H61D2F22C86544B479B99AEF792CB00B6"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Proper requests</header><text>For purposes of paragraph (2), a proper request means a request for liquidation or reliquidation that contains sufficient information to enable U.S. Customs and Border Protection—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H2998D5540F724911A2F9390083B49F45"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to locate the entry; or</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H8C4CCD59F0EC46B691C4D7EDA0D03885"><enum>(B)</enum><text>to reconstruct the entry if it cannot be located.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section>
