<section id="H99C0125DFA8E4F3CBC75ABAB6DB48452" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Additional Temporary Extension of Authorization of Programs Under the Small Business Act and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958</header>
<subsection id="H8AEF285607754C56BC7D02F37B02ABF8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1 of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to extend temporarily certain authorities of the Small Business Administration</quote>, approved October 10, 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/316">Public Law 109–316</external-xref>; 120 Stat. 1742), is amended by striking <quote>February 2, 2007</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>July 31, 2007</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H2470AAD91A9247468C993B6C490200E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective Date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on February 2, 2007. </text> </subsection></section>
