			 is amended by redesignating section 554 added by section 551(a) of the
			 Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/295">Public Law 109–295</external-xref>;
			 120 Stat. 1389) (relating to border tunnels and passages) as section
			 555.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2682BF2E46D7438EA47C00460490FB4E"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Table of sections</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of sections for chapter 27 of
			 title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to
			 section 554, <quote>Border tunnels and passages</quote>, and inserting the
			 following:</text>

			 Code, is amended by striking <quote>554</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>555</quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4CF810616683478599DF3B37FB382C12" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Directive to the United States sentencing
			 commission</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 551(d) of
			 the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 (Public Law
			 109–295; 120 Stat. 1390) is amended in paragraphs (1) and (2)(A) by striking
			 <quote>554</quote> and inserting <quote>555</quote>.</text>
