		<official-title>To authorize States to use funds provided for the Chafee
		  Foster Care Independence Program to provide vouchers to cover tuition costs at
		  private schools, and transportation costs to and from public schools, of foster
		  children of all ages.</official-title>

		<section id="HAC25B56DFC8841E6A49984BEE400308D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>School
			 Choice for Foster Kids Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA475B7DB59DB4E2EABC575537D62EBF8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authority of
			 States to use funds provided for the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program to
			 provide vouchers to cover tuition costs at private schools and transportation
			 costs to and from public schools, of foster children of all ages</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 477 of the Social Security Act (42
			 U.S.C. 677) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HFE9C0EEF50E64D4CADC973351B444178"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (a)(6), by inserting <quote>and to make available vouchers for tuition costs at
			 private schools and transportation costs to and from public schools, to youths
			 in foster care regardless of their age</quote> before the period;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H8A2593FC5C5441E0AAD491E3CCFCF6E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in
			 subsection (h)(2), by striking all that follows <quote>vouchers</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>as provided in subsection (i).</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0CAC89B386AD4459A174D6A3DB37FA4"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in
			 subsection (i), by redesignating paragraphs (5) and (6) as paragraphs (6) and
			 (7), respectively, and inserting after paragraph (4) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDB4C503614A94407B5DFD01B8CDCC0C7" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H1251DC33416849C2B8E8C5A3DBE2BDF"><enum>(5)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Vouchers under the program may be available
				to youths in foster care, regardless of age, for the cost of tuition at a
				private school offering elementary or secondary education, or the cost of
				transportation to and from a public school offering such
				education.</text>
