		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H291BE0462C42425DBE4276DE280067FA" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/3771">section 3771(b)</external-xref> of title 18, United
			 States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

				<paragraph id="HFC44F56BD0304D33B5DF5E57125701CE"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Reading of
				rights</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In the trial of every
				criminal case or at sentencing if there is no trial, the judge shall read in
				open court the rights of victims set forth in subsection
				(a).</text>
