		<section id="H14B08CF7014A4E488501A400C42EC914" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Yttrium oxides having a
			 purity of at least 99.9 percent</header>
			<subsection id="HDC78E4843140487B96C8F3E0BB206B4E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.02.21 of
			 the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking
			 <quote>12/31/2006</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2010</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0069D06BC5784170A5B1A4D37EE9AF61"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header>
				<paragraph id="H8950CA78F4E946838399C543EC638046"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect
			 to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the
			 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDCCEE01E84F542CEB7205BB9FAB238FC"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Retroactive
			 application</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding
			 section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/1514">19 U.S.C. 1514</external-xref>) or any other provision
			 of law, upon proper request filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection
			 before the date that is 90 days after the date of the enactment of this
			 section, any entry, or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption of an article
			 described in heading 9902.02.21 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United
			 States (as amended by subsection (a)) that was made—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H55CA817B2D324E9A82B876913B2658E7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>after December 31,
			 2006, and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H6C0C83E557404469003D3BB6BDD85646"><enum>(B)</enum><text>before the date of
			 the enactment of this section,</text>
					</subparagraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="paragraph">shall be
			 liquidated or reliquidated as though the amendment made by subsection (a)
			 applied to such entry or withdrawal.</continuation-text></paragraph><paragraph id="H92D501ED9DC741EDAA4BF83BC42F93B5"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Proper
			 requests</header><text>For purposes of paragraph (2), a proper request means a
			 request for liquidation or reliquidation that contains sufficient information
			 to enable the U.S. Customs and Border Protection—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H5B5A4563FCA94DBBA5A469D961A64971"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to locate the
			 entry; or</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HFFCE19FDD4B54B91A3D4F8818E59263E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>to reconstruct the
			 entry if it cannot be located.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
