Exception to prohibition

Section 2512(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1)by striking or at the end of paragraph (a); (2)by inserting or at the end of paragraph (b); and (3)by inserting immediately after paragraph (b) the following: (c)subject to United States export control laws and regulations, an officer, agent, or employee of, or a person performing under a contract with, a foreign government,
