		<official-title>To prohibit the Secretary of State from making a
		  contribution to the United Nations until such time as the United Nations is in
		  compliance with fire, building, and safety codes.</official-title>

		<section id="HF7114764E84241BE845C693E2224FA10" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Withholding of contributions
			 to the United Nations for building noncompliance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of State may not make a
			 contribution to any regularly assessed biennial budget of the United Nations
			 unless the Secretary has—</text>
			<paragraph id="HB093237AE96745FA9760E58B6BC363C4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>confirmed with the
			 Mayor of the City of New York that United Nations facilities located in the
			 City are in full compliance with all fire, building, and safety codes;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HACE9B87161B641FC00979141B5E6143E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>submitted to
			 Congress a certification with respect to a confirmation under paragraph
			 (1).</text>
