<section id="H20D47B7D106B44A4A68ECA1279F19E23" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>101.</enum><header>Additional areas included in park</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 101 of the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/410ww">16 U.S.C. 410ww</external-xref>, et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subsection id="H14BB22B110D9473DB4FE1920E12670C5"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Additional sites</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to the sites described in subsection (b), the park shall consist of the following sites, as generally depicted on a map titled <quote>Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park</quote>, numbered 362/80,013 and dated May 2008:</text>
<paragraph id="H4D5A9C30EF56427F8D253E00DAAA9E33"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Hawthorn Hill, Oakwood, Ohio.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H43485469996F46EABCA021AF9B936DB6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Wright Company factory and associated land and buildings, Dayton, Ohio.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
<section id="H9395B9D5ABDD4CE586053E1797006BCB"><enum>102.</enum><header>Protection of historic properties</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 102 of the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/410ww-1">16 U.S.C. 410ww–1</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="H21E8E15C7EA2495BB2198F13E837DF06"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (a), by inserting <quote>Hawthorn Hill, the Wright Company factory,</quote> after <quote>, acquire</quote>;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H00BEE151954047BDA73D605E70E528BC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b), by striking <quote>Such agreements</quote> and inserting:</text>

<subsection id="HE6DA8D3388FA434F9C1800B7E85E4500"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Cooperative agreements</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary is authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement with a partner or partners, including the Wright Family Foundation, to operate and provide programming for Hawthorn Hill and charge reasonable fees notwithstanding any other provision of law, which may be used to defray the costs of park operation and programming.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph>

<section id="H50EBEEF90E32411F89EE10696D089C8"><enum>201.</enum><header>Redesignation of Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park</header>
<subsection id="HA37C76B95F1A4A03AB97C9783F3D3B32"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Redesignation</header><text>The Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992, is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="H886DA42FEA7041179E1601145444D5AF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>Wright Brothers-Dunbar National Historical Park</quote>;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H119F32F17F3D49CBA7067DCB934B5790"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (b) of section 108 as subsection (c); and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H5268CEEC0DA74CB0B561587C7070D5B3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after subsection (a) of section 108 the following new subsection:</text>

<subsection id="H52F74866E0B94312B6C29725264B2EDE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Grant Assistance</header><text>The Secretary is authorized to make grants to the parks’ partners, including the Aviation Trail, Inc., the Ohio Historical Society, and Dayton History, for projects not requiring Federal involvement other than providing financial assistance, subject to the availability of appropriations in advance identifying the specific partner grantee and the specific project. Projects funded through these grants shall be limited to construction and development on non-Federal property within the boundaries of the park. Any project funded by such a grant shall support the purposes of the park, shall be consistent with the park’s general management plan, and shall enhance public use and enjoyment of the park.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HC2FF79CBFFE54E79A151009485DE58D2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in any law (other than this title), map, regulation, document, record, or other official paper of the United States to the <quote>Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park</quote> shall be considered to be a reference to the <quote>Wright Brothers-Dunbar National Historical Park</quote>.</text></subsection></section>
<section id="H4185F1E0873F4D059B09FCA54800637"><enum>202.</enum><header>National aviation heritage area</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Title V of division J of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/447">Public Law 108–447</external-xref>), is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="HFE6C4BF4657045E292F8E3D001D12D00"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 503(3), by striking <quote>104</quote> and inserting <quote>504</quote>;</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HB54ABBC83E61440488CFDF72473BD309"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 503(4), by striking <quote>106</quote> and inserting <quote>506</quote>;</text></paragraph>
