<official-title display="yes">To designate the Port Angeles Federal Building in Port Angeles, Washington, as the <quote>Richard B. Anderson Federal Building</quote>.</official-title>

<section id="id4EA5134C9F2D4BBDADCD65FAA92CB225" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Richard B. Anderson Federal Building</header> 
<subsection id="idD34F9140E68F4620BA8DC66C2D1FC894"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Federal building located at 138 West First Street, Port Angeles, Washington, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Richard B. Anderson Federal Building</quote>.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="idF90C9A1E755B4BA384C61E9870BB3A21"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Richard B. Anderson Federal Building</quote>.</text> </subsection></section>
