<section id="HAE46D1CD1C224971A52EFC6ED3C35BD2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Enhancing the Effective Prosecution of Child Pornography Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H3E92930770A046D7A4E806BB61F4E93"><enum>2.</enum><header>Money laundering predicate</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/1956">Section 1956(c)(7)(D)</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>2252A (relating to child pornography) where the child pornography at issue involves minors, 2260 (production of certain child pornography for importation into the United States),</quote> before <quote>section 2280</quote>. </text></section> 
<section id="H3400BF0F63B44E38BFCC65BDF6789C34" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Possession offenses include intentional viewing on the Internet</header> 
<subsection id="HE3F19893A33B4135984C8900A2A25561"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Section 2252</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/2252">Section 2252</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<subsection id="HB0209B60853B45E7B7BADCA42CB1F2CA"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">As used in this section with respect to a visual depiction, the term <quote>possess</quote> includes accessing by computer with the intent to view.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection> 
<subsection id="H68FD4DC0835749C49FD66FF9A976F356"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Section 2252A</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/2252A">Section 2252A</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
