		<section id="H8594BE7D58834070A660822C09500281" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Grants for Internet crime
			 prevention education programs</header>
			<subsection id="H96B4B255B90F4CB6997B2CCE17DB049"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Grant for
			 I-Safe</header>
				<paragraph id="HF610E8F5C59D4C4899309852A6F0A7B6"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Grant</header><text>Subject
			 to the availability of the funds authorized to be appropriated under paragraph
			 (2), the Attorney General shall provide a grant to i-Safe, Inc., to carry out
			 Internet crime prevention education programs.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H0013C64E04D846B2AF6333D20003C110"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 Appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000
			 for grants under paragraph (1) for each of the fiscal years 2008 through
			 2012.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H31581FF876474BC0BE6B55B945ED2E05"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Competitive
			 grant program</header>
				<paragraph id="HF84840F62C9F411C8E79B49FB8A3553C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Establishment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to the availability of the funds
			 authorized to be appropriated under paragraph (2), the Attorney General shall
			 create and administer a competitive grants program for organizations to carry
			 out Internet crime prevention education programs.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H56CE0291D25245FAA3DB9D95B5C2774"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 Appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000
			 for grants under paragraph (1) for each of the fiscal years 2008 through
			 2012.</text>

			 Prevention Education Programs Defined</header>
			<subsection id="H651678BDB870431C86AD34C41FB53FB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term
			 <quote>Internet crime prevention education programs</quote> means programs that
			 serve to educate parents, children, educators, and communities about how to
			 recognize and prevent potentially criminal activity on the Internet.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HCEE3DAC303B04A6C98E03E75FBBAB1AB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Related
			 Definitions</header>
				<paragraph id="HBD6C35EB4E5949C6A49DFFE9008D6870"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Potentially
			 criminal activity</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term
			 <quote>potentially criminal activity</quote> includes access through the
			 Internet and other electronic devices to potentially illegal activity including
			 sexual or racial harassment, cyberbullying, sexual exploitation, exposure to
			 pornography, and privacy violations.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7DAE518142DB420C88A7B202C3C2A3D5"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Cyberbullying</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>cyberbullying</quote>
			 includes verbal, visual, or written psychological bullying or harassment by an
			 individual or group, using an electronic device or devices including e-mail,
			 instant messaging, text messages, blogs, telephones, pagers, and websites, to
			 support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior that is intended to harm
			 others.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
