		<section id="HAB9F3524D84D42DF9975D6EC9490A878" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>John F. Kennedy Center Reauthorization
			 Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HFD4E9771EAFA43FF9E35E625B747E691"><enum>2.</enum><header>Technical
			 amendment</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 2(a)(2)(J)(ii) of the John F. Kennedy Center Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/76h">20 U.S.C. 76h(a)(2)(J)(ii)</external-xref>)
			 is amended by striking <quote>Public Works and Transportation</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>Transportation and Infrastructure</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H48C277AEA1EC49B186E4F19325146354"><enum>3.</enum><header>Photovoltaic
			 system</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The John F. Kennedy
			 Center Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/76h">20 U.S.C. 76h et seq.</external-xref>) is amended by inserting after section 6 the
			 following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H95DC984B13E5495C9D7ED660B6C64E79" style="OLC">
				<section id="HD1A0AAC656014FD8006C003200894BAA"><enum>7.</enum><header>Photovoltaic
				system</header>
					<subsection id="H691CD89D533D4DB796AED6C0EC04A0E7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Board is
				authorized to study, plan, design, engineer, and construct a photovoltaic
				system for the main roof of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing
				Arts.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H28DB7223F63B4CD983D1FFAC70A4EFFF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not
				later than 60 days before beginning construction of the photovoltaic system
				pursuant to subsection (a), the Board shall submit a report to the Committee on
				Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the
				Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate on the feasibility and
				design of the
				project.</text>
					</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H320FDBE3BF8641E28102EC3C04DA9CF1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>4.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 13 of
			 the John F. Kennedy Center Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/76r">20 U.S.C. 76r</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H159769C5B59443FAB883F1A319ABBFA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by
			 striking subsections (a) and (b) and inserting the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H70289A01C2EE4655A6B9ACC6B1A47BCC" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H6D16F35089554BB29BDAF3F5434EEFCE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Maintenance,
				Repair, and Security</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There
				are authorized to be appropriated to the Board to carry out section
				4(a)(1)(H)—</text>
						<paragraph id="H5A86E5E75A7046B1B9F04D8C843B0043"><enum>(1)</enum><text>$20,200,000 for
				fiscal year 2008;</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HD4DFF7D70C3B4B07A6A18CCB4D76D319"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$21,800,000 for
				fiscal year 2009; and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HC8074DA70F384A6A0004012B79EEAFD5"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$22,500,000 for fiscal year 2010.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H4FD8A9E400D94EECBAAF1DDA18D6CCE4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Capital
				Projects</header><text>There are authorized to be appropriated to the Board to
				carry out subparagraphs (F) and (G) of section 4(a)(1)—</text>
						<paragraph id="H5775EABEB7954F5BA3B800CCCFAB86EC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>$23,150,000 for
				fiscal year 2008;</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H4415FE05B36246AB82302C40AA007015"><enum>(2)</enum><text>$16,000,000 for
				fiscal year 2009; and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H6CC0EADC0D8048E384A0E7B98B542C88"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">$17,000,000 for fiscal year
				2010.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HEA635776055249F094C974D07E4B00D6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subsection (d) as subsection (e), and by adding after subsection (c) the
			 following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD9F1D498FCD7451691B2BAF23234D895" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H9C2979D291554A6200F2299BCE04DABC"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Photovoltaic
				system</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There are authorized
				to be appropriated to the Board such sums as may be necessary to carry out
				section 7, with such sums to remain available until
				expended.</text>
					</subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HFE0DDF11460C4A3A9ED039ED86CDEE6F"><enum>5.</enum><header>Existing
			 authorities</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Nothing in this
			 Act shall be construed to limit or affect the authority or responsibility of
			 the National Capital Planning Commission or the Commission of Fine Arts.</text>
