		<official-title>To eliminate an unused lighthouse reservation, provide
		  management consistency by bringing the rocks and small islands along the coast
		  of Orange County, California, and meet the original Congressional intent of
		  preserving Orange County’s rocks and small islands, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H53E940D6929343318CBD90D61C8635C3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Preservation of rocks and
			 small islands along the coast of Orange County, California</header>
			<subsection id="HAC8DF62D03F54D02B18739FEE2F211CD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>California
			 Coastal National Monument</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The
			 Act of February 18, 1931, entitled <quote><short-title>An act to reserve for
			 public use rocks, pinnacles, reefs, and small islands along the seacoast of
			 Orange County, California</short-title></quote> is amended by striking
			 <quote>temporarily reserved</quote> and all that follows through <quote>United
			 States</quote> and inserting <quote>part of the California Coastal National
			 Monument and shall be administered as such</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H36B21679AF934E589B676595A044B939"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal of
			 reservation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 31 of the
			 Act of May 28, 1935, entitled <quote>An act to authorize the Secretary of
			 Commerce to dispose of certain lighthouse reservations, and for other
			 purposes</quote> is hereby repealed.</text>
