		<official-title>To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of
		  1965 to enable local educational agencies to use amounts received from the Fund
		  for the Improvement of Education for innovative programs to increase learning
		  in financial literacy.</official-title>

			 increase learning in financial literacy</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5131(a) of the Elementary and
			 Secondary Education Act of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/7215">20 U.S.C. 7215(a)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
