		<official-title>To amend <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/5112">section 5112(p)(1)(A)</external-xref> of title 31, United States
		  Code, to allow an exception from the $1 coin dispensing capability requirement
		  for certain vending machines.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H4C794F86ED5C48E3BCEF5BA9E451F9F9" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/5112">section 5112(p)(1)(A)</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, is amended to read
			 as follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H25ACF534471F49B69C94EF6CCBBF6EEB" style="OLC">
				<subparagraph id="HEE7B794E331143B6B5EA0523DAACFA13"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">any business operations conducted by any
				such agency, instrumentality, system, or entity that involve coins or currency
				will be fully capable of—</text>
					<clause id="H03ED2EE5AA504AF5BDB7329B32BF2556"><enum>(i)</enum><text>accepting $1 coins
				in connection with such operations; and</text>
					</clause><clause id="HC16D11FDE47A4CAEA8F266D1B300026B"><enum>(ii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">other than vending machines that do not
				receive currency denominations higher than $1, dispensing $1 coins in
				connection with such operations;
				and</text>
					</clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
