		<official-title>To provide for export controls of certain items relating
		  to civil aircraft.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HFE4CFA2EB957482583D260606C56A33D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Export controls on certain
			 goods and technology</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
			 the following shall be subject to export controls only under the Export
			 Administration Act of 1979, as continued in effect pursuant to the
			 International Emergency Economic Powers Act, and shall not be subject to
			 controls under section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C.
			 2778):</text>
			<paragraph id="HBF1C25554FBD4E42803C8100773D00EC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Any product
			 defined in <external-xref legal-doc="regulation" parsable-cite="cfr/14/21.321">section 21.321</external-xref> of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (as in
			 effect on June 1, 2007), that is included in the type design of a type
			 certificate for a civil aircraft issued by the Federal Aviation Administration
			 under part 21 of such title 14.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H44730D81EBF946D588EA00EDCB00179F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Any part or
			 component of a product described in paragraph (1).</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H92A6666F296B419680008ED427248ECE"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any technology related to any item
			 described in paragraph (1) or (2).</text>
