		  the exemption for home health care workers from certain provisions of that

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H67ADD2B165C947B9A9AD1F6E4BE8131B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Fair Home Health Care
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H941D1E6F4E674DA5AB2C1EBF00EA7700" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to the Fair
			 Labor Standards Act of 1938</header>
			<subsection id="HCF4BB63E582B41469D962161653B0046"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Home health
			 workers</header><text>Section 13(a)(15) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/213">29 U.S.C. 213(a)(15)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4751F7D579474364A8B8BB8B2BA9D577" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HED9A704366074757983D1899FD96DFDD"><enum>(15)</enum><text>any employee
				employed on a casual basis in domestic service employment to provide
				babysitting services or any employee employed on a casual basis in domestic
				service employment to provide companionship services for individuals who
				(because of age or infirmity) are unable to care for themselves (as such terms
				are defined and delimited by regulations of the Secretary), whose
				employment—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HA150621A832C4FFC98A325CD9922DD11"><enum>(A)</enum><text>is irregular or
				intermittent, and is not performed by an individual whose vocation is the
				provision of babysitting or companionship services or an individual employed by
				an employer or agency other than the family or household using such services;
				and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H2B85BAE9125A40E0BAE9CC2322F74731"><enum>(B)</enum><text>does not exceed 20
				hours per week in the aggregate, whether performed for one or more family or
				household
				employers.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
