                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                         June 27, 2008.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
3564) entitled ``An Act to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
authorize appropriations for the Administrative Conference of the 
United States through fiscal year 2011, and for other purposes.'', do 
pass with the following

                               AMENDMENT:


            On page 2, lines 9 through 11, strike [``$1,000,000 for 
      fiscal year 2008, $3,300,000 for fiscal year 2009, $3,400,000 for 
      fiscal year 2010, and $3,500,000 for fiscal year 2011''] and 
      insert ``$3,200,000 for fiscal year 2009, $3,200,000 for fiscal 
      year 2010, and $3,200,000 for fiscal year 2011''.
