		<official-title>To amend the <quote>Do-not-call</quote> Implementation
		  Act to eliminate the automatic removal of telephone numbers registered on the
		  Federal <quote>do-not-call</quote> registry.</official-title>

		<section id="HE8C2A4CB910C42DCBA3969F0D7D467C3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Do-Not-Call Improvement Act of
			 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HF1B22038147445AFB31F5D90607151E8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition of
			 expiration date for registered telephone numbers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The <quote>Do-not-call</quote>
			 Implementation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/6101">15 U.S.C. 6101</external-xref> note) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H2764AEC2BA0744F9AC20E8C6E9A3D212"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in section 3, after the first sentence, by inserting the following: <quote>Such
			 rule shall not provide any date of expiration for telephone numbers registered
			 on the <quote>do-not-call</quote> registry, nor for any predetermined time
			 limitation for telephone numbers to remain on the registry.</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H8C7B697E20084528BB8D2990F9C177AB"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by adding at the end the following:</text>

					<section id="HECA0ED7CB1724BEF8E1D51632B1D89A2"><enum>5.</enum><header>Prohibition of
				expiration date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In issuing
				regulations regarding the <quote>do-not-call</quote> registry of the
				Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 C.F.R. 310.4(b)(1)(iii)), the Federal Trade
				Commission shall not provide for any date of expiration for telephone numbers
				registered on the <quote>do-not-call</quote> registry, nor for any
				predetermined time limitation for telephone numbers to remain on the
				registry.</text>
