		<section id="H18AD71FB9F574A10B3466476C0ACBD4B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Authorization for Peace Corps
			 to provide separation pay for host country resident personal services
			 contractors of the Peace Corps</header>
			<subsection id="HC6458FD5335348DEA1015754ABD0B7A0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Establishment of
			 fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There is established in
			 the Treasury of the United States a fund for the Peace Corps to provide
			 separation pay for host country resident personal services contractors of the
			 Peace Corps.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H50E8E228895D443E9431D8B2E2BD0016"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Funding</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Director of the Peace Corps may deposit
			 in the fund established under subsection (a)—</text>
				<paragraph id="HE3109355F1D74B3BBBEC149BBDFF40D1"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">amounts previously obligated and not
			 canceled to provide the separation pay described in such subsection; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HCB4F250CA9C24AF19CDE43ECF5919718"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">amounts obligated for fiscal years after
			 fiscal year 2006 for current and future costs of providing such separation
			 pay.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HAFC84886745F47618B10C287F2AF9E1F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Beginning in fiscal year 2007, amounts
			 deposited in the fund established under subsection (a) shall be available
			 without fiscal year limitation for severance, retirement, or other separation
			 payments to host country resident personal services contractors of the Peace
			 Corps in countries where such payments are legally authorized.</text>
