<section id="H62876249C4704656978DD81CF206E300" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Atrazine Prohibition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Nothwithstanding any other law, the use, production, sale, importation, or exportation of atrazine or an atrazine product is prohibited.</text> </section>
<section id="HEBB53A955C3C4D0E811589E1CBE7A966"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enforcement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Any person who violates section 1 shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.</text> </section>
<section id="H1E9246019F634A95BCE5B06BE2FD0084"><enum>3.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For the purposes of this Act, the following definitions apply:</text> 
<paragraph id="HDA7EB2FD52304DCEA52757C874CE7402"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Atrazine</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>atrazine</quote> or <quote>active ingredient atrazine</quote> refers to the pesticide chemical 2-chloro-4-ethylamine-6-isopropylamin-1,3,5-triazine.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H6B234419F63E43C794E129870704AF25"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Atrazine product</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>atrazine product</quote> means any pesticide containing the active ingredient atrazine as identified on the United States Environmental Protection Agency registered label, either alone or in a combination with other pesticides.</text> </paragraph></section>
