		<section id="H3ABE0F04146848B3A440DFB200CA6818" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>High density
			 fiberboard</header>
			<subsection id="HDF044C4F17F549FD992DC6443DE8814"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Finding</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Congress finds that Chapter 44 of the
			 Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States was amended effective February
			 3, 2007, by inserting language specifically describing laminate boards in,
			 among other sections, subheadings 4411.12.20, 4411.13.20, and 4411.14.20 as
			 laminate boards bonded in whole or in part, or impregnated, with synthetic
			 resins.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0E7DEBF9F4B44B71BCAC5056EC542C22"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Retroactive
			 application to certain entries</header><text>Notwithstanding section 514 of the
			 Tariff Act of 1930 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/1514">19 U.S.C. 1514</external-xref>) or any other provision of law, upon proper
			 request filed with the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection before the 90th
			 day after the date of the enactment of this Act, any entry, or withdrawal from
			 warehouse for consumption, of any goods which would be currently described in
			 subheadings 4411.12.20, 4411.13.20 or 4411.14.20, of the Harmonized Tariff
			 Schedule of the United States (as described in subsection (a)) that was
			 made—</text>
				<paragraph id="H848983F692C84FF0874C7159BE13F3AC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>on or after
			 January 1, 1994; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2D42CE9CC12A4C1CB585BA2BF383A0C9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>before the 15th
			 day after the date of the enactment of this Act;</text>
				</paragraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="subsection">shall be
			 liquidated or reliquidated as though the above-described amendments applied to
			 such entry or withdrawal.</continuation-text></subsection></section></legis-body>
