Establishment of ICE office in El Paso County, Colorado

The Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in El Paso County, Colorado, as described in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement report completed pursuant to House Report 109–699 accompanying the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 (Public Law 109–295). Any costs associated with the establishment of such office shall, as described in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement report, be funded within base resources of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
