		<official-title>To prohibit a State from charging an individual more than
		  $200 for a permit or license to hunt big game on Federal public lands within
		  that State.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HABD1A4FA90014AF9B2D1D385491CA6F5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Teddy Roosevelt Bring Back Our Public
			 Lands Act of 2007</short-title>
				</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA4ED920453C945B4A65F5C24A511CEFE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Limitation on
			 fee</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">A State may not charge
			 more than $200 per year for the issuance to an individual (regardless of the
			 State of residency of such individual) of a permit, license, or other similar
			 document granting to such individual the right to hunt big game on Federal
			 public lands in that State.</text>
		</section><section id="H82C8EAF715C842F4B6D3380093F17704"><enum>3.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="HF8B0F0B8CBF142808F68D27850BECD7B"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Big
			 game</header><text>The term <term>big game</term> means deer, elk, antelope, or
			 bear.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD038D7D04B284DAAA615E02FA2049C4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Federal public
			 land</header><text>The term <term>Federal public land</term> means any land or
			 water (other than any land or water held in trust for the benefit of an Indian
			 tribe or member of an Indian tribe) that is—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H4CFB8B4425CC46E5AD1000F5E0233FF2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>publicly
			 accessible;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H89799DDB4B5442B5BFB13024B216D4DF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>owned by the
			 United States; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5158956D6B3E483ABA68A006B79D455"><enum>(C)</enum><text>managed by an
			 executive agency for purposes that include the conservation of natural
			 resources.</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HA0E58AFBD95E42ED9747002DEA689D63"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Hunt</header><text>The
			 term <term>hunt</term> means the lawful pursuit, trapping, shooting, capture,
			 collection, or killing of big game or the attempt to do the same.</text>
