<section id="H395FC81E57CC401D82757CF3BD828212" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Equal Justice for Our Military Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="H885DFD0CDB024F94B1CA5017B0C0CA00"><enum>2.</enum><header>Certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces</header> 
<subsection id="H03DC9D384FD245E3876659738DCE378"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/1259">Section 1259</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H660E34740DA843B095BBAC1CEB73E0D0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (3), by inserting <quote>or denied</quote> after <quote>granted</quote>; and</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HA55DBFA641D1488181238D9D00DC68F6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (4), by inserting <quote>or denied</quote> after <quote>granted</quote>.</text> </paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="HA3692DF7FB29492B989647634DDC0175"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Technical and conforming amendment</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/867a">Section 867a(a)</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>The Supreme Court may not review by a writ of certiorari under this section any action of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in refusing to grant a petition for review.</quote>.</text> </subsection></section>
