		<official-title>To halt the issuance of visas to citizens of Saudi Arabia
		  until the President certifies that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not
		  discriminate in the issuance of visas on the basis of religious affiliation or
		  heritage.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HA0010E7CBA794764B53DC139F0B500DD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Finding</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Congress finds that an official website
			 of the Saudi Arabian Government’s Supreme Commission for Tourism included the
			 following text:</text>
			<quoted-block id="H39FD1B051CA24B0B00736E6DB008F354" style="OLC">
				<paragraph id="HA872E3E3057540359920E9534ED401A1"><enum></enum><text>Visas will not
				be issued for the following groups of people:</text>
					<subparagraph id="HE7867978E1A94530918319A97D034B91"><enum></enum><text>An Israeli
				passport holder or a passport that has an Israeli arrival/departure
				stamp.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0878BBEF5F914C7EB1BA7367A707208C"><enum></enum><text>Those who
				don’t abide by the Saudi traditions concerning appearance and behaviors. Those
				under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted into the Kingdom.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE058FF3C2CDF4B9E84FCBC7E13CE1DDC"><enum></enum><text>There are
				certain regulations for pilgrims and you should contact the consulate for more
				information.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H705E821431074CA4A9CE57626971FD00"><enum></enum><text>Jewish
				People.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H5C19CA8C6FB249DDB98742DB00947197"><enum>2.</enum><header>Cessation of visa
			 issuance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Beginning on the day
			 after the date of the enactment of this Act, no visa shall be issued by the
			 Government of the United States to a citizen of Saudi Arabia until the
			 President certifies that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not discriminate in
			 the issuance of visas on the basis of religious affiliation or heritage.</text>
