		<official-title>To authorize the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Indians of the
		  State of Michigan to convey land and interests in land owned by the
		  Tribe.</official-title>

		<section id="H7CDC60BDCB024439B68BD292DBF4D828" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Land and interests of the
			 Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan</header>
			<subsection id="H3E5FFD787BC0423DAB3586B7FB8E9942"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>Subject to subsections (b) and (c), notwithstanding any
			 other provision of law (including regulations), the Saginaw Chippewa Indian
			 Tribe of Michigan (including any agent or instrumentality of the Tribe)
			 (referred to in this section as the <quote>Tribe</quote>), may transfer, lease,
			 encumber, or otherwise convey, without further authorization or approval, fee
			 simple land owned by the Tribe.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8C0708AAB27F4751A6925C25AF3B3160"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effect of
			 section</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this
			 section is intended to authorize the Tribe to sell any lands that are held in
			 trust by the United States for the benefit of the Tribe.</text>
