		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H096CE5BC33704BA89854875D3861EE12" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of prohibition on
			 United States military assistance to parties to the International Criminal
			 Court</header>
			<subsection id="HCBA929BDF38242B2BCF9F1F22FFCA564"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 2007 of the American
			 Servicemembers’ Protection Act of 2002 (title II of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/107/206">Public Law 107–206</external-xref>; 22
			 U.S.C. 7426) is hereby repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1C4C846E39D0488BBE3B083854DDC722"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The repeal made by subsection (a) applies with respect
			 to—</text>
				<paragraph id="H8FE282BEDB44413DA100084CABFB3450"><enum>(1)</enum><text>funds made
			 available for United States military assistance for fiscal year 2007 that are
			 unobligated and unexpended as of the date of the enactment of this Act;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC887D8598DC14523A0247CCF0065D6F1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>funds made
			 available for United States military assistance for each subsequent fiscal
			 year.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H0D5EE8E4043245F9B9D421B09E46C120"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeals of
			 limitation on Economic Support Fund assistance to parties to the International
			 Criminal Court</header>
			<subsection id="H6C81E32084D140A6B22D3C2CF800E545"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Fiscal years
			 2005 and 2006</header>
				<paragraph id="H57A59C31A276440596643FAB2786C89C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Repeals</header><text>The
			 following provisions of law are hereby repealed:</text>
					<subparagraph id="H4076279F59FA4E3DB41EE2BCE1113E51"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 574 of the Foreign Operations,
			 Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2005 (division D of
			 <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/447">Public Law 108–447</external-xref>).</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H15B0A6C3AF5C4229971ED1A9879E10B4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Section 574 of the
			 Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act,
			 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/102">Public Law 109–102</external-xref>).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H40E18FF4A89D4530A69D8BE5662DD7BB"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The repeals made by
			 subparagraphs (A) and (B) of paragraph (1) apply with respect to funds made
			 available under the heading <quote>Economic Support Fund</quote> in title II of
			 division D of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/447">Public Law 108–447</external-xref> and in title II of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/102">Public Law 109–102</external-xref>,
			 respectively, that are unobligated and unexpended as of the date of the
			 enactment of this Act.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HD864F5FB205F4ECE9728A7062907EC7C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Fiscal year
			 2007</header><text>Notwithstanding any provision of division B of the
			 Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2007 (division B of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/289">Public Law 109–289</external-xref>,
			 as amended by Public Laws 109–369, 109–383, and 110–5), section 574 of the
			 Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act,
			 2006 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/102">Public Law 109–102</external-xref>) shall not apply to funds made available under
			 division B of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/289">Public Law 109–289</external-xref> that are unobligated and unexpended as of the
			 date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
