<section id="HF3812921C6CD44EDB4C57588AC30FA5F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Mass transportation services and traveler information services for emergencies</header> 
<subsection id="H8911352633884D4FAA00E5693430A45D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Eligibility for mass transportation</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/125">Section 125(d)</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, is amended by inserting after <quote>ferryboats</quote> the following: <quote>and additional mass transportation services, including the operation of traveler information services,</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H8D31394CF6B54096B14E2577CC6CCB8D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to mass transportation services provided as temporary substitute highway traffic services eligible for emergency relief under <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/125">section 125(d)</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, on or after April 29, 2007. </text> </subsection></section>
