<section id="H45A546CD0F57474A83FD1808823892F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal and modification of certain provisions relating to review of detention of enemy combatants</header> 
<subsection id="HDDDEA6DE7DF34269AC9536E1A1CFE9C8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal of limitation on judicial review of detention of enemy combatants</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/2241">Section 2241</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (e).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HA40FFCA93B5C47EF93A33807F174C0A4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Repeal of review of decisions of combatant status review tribunals of propriety of detention</header><text>Section 1005(e) of the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/148">Public Law 109–148</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/801">10 U.S.C. 801</external-xref> note) and section 1405(e) of the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/163">Public Law 109–163</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/801">10 U.S.C. 801</external-xref> note) are each amended by striking paragraph (2).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HC8784DDF96EC4C2BAAF52191CD1ED2F0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Modification of review of military commission procedures and actions</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/950j">Section 950j</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (b) and inserting the following:</text>

<subsection id="H1B154E6A1ACD4187A575B046CAC30083"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Limited review of military commission procedures and actions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/2241">section 2241</external-xref> of title 28 or any other habeas corpus provision, and notwithstanding any other provision of law, no court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider any claim or cause of action whatsoever, including any action pending on or filed after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, relating to the prosecution, trial, or judgment of a military commission under this chapter, including challenges to the lawfulness of procedures of military commissions under this chapter.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection></section>
