<section id="H19B55FF5F71E4726A6CA21AB00F8EF38" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Extension of the minimum wage index established by regulation for each all-urban State under the Medicare inpatient hospital prospective payment system</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/412">Section 412.64</external-xref> of title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations shall be administered as if <quote>and before September 30, 2007</quote> were deleted from paragraph (h)(4) of such section. </text></section>
