<section section-type="section-one" id="H5E3475C0987A4A2E983211A52700E28" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Restriction</header>
<subsection id="H62B80EFB80B24270A08268C7B9D12F9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/39/3210">Section 3210(a)</external-xref> of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph indent="up1" id="H66FCB8D5CEB9448E906BBD86D828BCC"><enum>(8)</enum><text>A Member of the House of Representatives may not send, as part of a mass mailing, any matter described in subparagraph (B), (C), or (F) of paragraph (3).</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection>
<subsection id="HE5CC36834B0D4FD3A44848DDD146BC96"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to mail sent during any session of Congress beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
