		<section id="HC8BF60C5A93A47AEACDB74292551A465" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Recreational Boating Act of 2007
			 </short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H26D9426F021C494A924039E0FB480506" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header>
			<subsection id="HC3551839E4094320A97364ED9C3CB289"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Pollutant</header><text>Section
			 502(6) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/33/1362">33 U.S.C. 1362(6)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H39EEE55A85994AB8A40882177650BC98"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>or (B)</quote> and inserting <quote>(B)</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HFF75C992C0834715B9CD007B9F699EC2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting
			 before the period at the end the following: <quote>; or (C) any deck runoff
			 from a recreational vessel, any engine cooling water, gray water, bilge water
			 effluent from properly functioning recreational marine engines, laundry,
			 shower, and galley sink wastes from a recreational vessel, or any other
			 discharge incidental to the normal operation of a recreational vessel; except
			 that this subparagraph does not apply to rubbish, trash, garbage, or other such
			 materials discharged overboard by a recreational vessel</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H0BD01FAACFE24DFFA7AC0019005D36A2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Recreational
			 vessel</header><text>Such section is further amended by adding at the end the
			 following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB7DBFD078DB04CC491DFFF05EBF20066" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H9136B978BF0D4B8EBB1691986E2D4254"><enum>(25)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><quote>recreational vessel</quote> means a
				vessel—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H53A45D7969EA48E28F5790FEBB608C67"><enum>(A)</enum><text>manufactured for
				operation, or operated, primarily for recreational purposes; or</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="HC0B7421BBC76495283E4C98E3D5D1FB6"><enum>(B)</enum><text>leased, rented, or
				chartered to an individual for recreational
				purposes.</text>
