		<section id="H14B073667ADF446BA41C537BC92273FC" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Sale of wild free-roaming
			 horses and burros</header>
			<subsection id="H57ABC55582CB453791CF75AFF29868FB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 3(d)(5) of
			 Public Law
			 92–195 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1333">16 U.S.C. 1333(d)(5)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
				<paragraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9E6B44F6D922409E83C06C5464D74BC0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking the
			 period and inserting the following: <quote><italic>Provided</italic>, That no
			 wild free-roaming horse or burro or its remains may be sold or transferred for
			 consideration for processing into commercial products.</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB86F1B613E0447E9846CD089AA944C38"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 subsection (e).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H2D38155D4F2A4132A1DA7B2459DD4E3F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Criminal
			 provisions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section (8)(a)(4)
			 of Public Law
			 92–195 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1338">16 U.S.C. 1338(a)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 striking <quote>except as provided in section 3(e),</quote>.</text>
