		<section id="H6AD909A287174BB1A82437415594B6C1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Biodiesel as alternative fuel
			 for CAFE purposes</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 32901(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H00B157053E9F4F2C90918300A03E57E2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
			 by redesignating subparagraphs (J) and (K) as subparagraphs (K) and (L),
			 respectively, and inserting after subparagraph (I) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H90125DF9037747F89BDB91B205D71A" style="USC">
					<subparagraph id="H9D16261452664951956630A3EAD58C00"><enum>(J)</enum><text>B20 biodiesel
				blend;</text>
					</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H46DE1FB9FB4743D28F8C8445BD623E25"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 paragraphs (7) through (16) as paragraphs (9) through (18), respectively, and
			 insert after paragraph (6) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD55A26A7CDC149E8AC63D53DC5A32CC6" style="traditional">
					<paragraph id="H29B772518F9D4F088F2E928185E82F21"><enum>(7)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><quote>biodiesel</quote> means the
				monoalkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from plant or animal matter
				which meet—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HA86E3E87542E4D3C8E0381F02282512E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the registration
				requirements for fuels and fuel additives established by the Environmental
				Protection Agency under section 211 of the Clean Air Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/7545">42 U.S.C. 7545</external-xref>);
				and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H75D50CD570194780A949A25317207CD0"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the requirements
				of the American Society of Testing and Materials D6751.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H80C04D86E4C74296A4DE896871F78430"><enum>(8)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><quote>B20 biodiesel blend</quote> means a
				mixture of biodiesel and diesel fuel approximately 20 percent of the content of
				which is biodiesel, and commonly known as
				<quote>B20</quote>.</text>
