		<section id="HC98BCAD06E004EF4B81DF6CFD8319634" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>American
			 Bald Eagle Commemorative Coin Program Amendments of 2007</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H7FFFBC5BD1B744538B1D00DEFBBE3CE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Distributions</header>
			<subsection id="HB7F73480F7784503A150904DEA004042"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (b) of
			 section 7 of the American Bald Eagle Recovery and National Emblem Commemorative
			 Coin Act is amended to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HCF033CF843534BFF94FC0533B8628FD2" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H0C4195CA2D83459F00E8FAD700EA30EC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Distribution</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/5134">section 5134(f)</external-xref> of title 31,
				United States Code, all surcharges received by the Secretary from the sale of
				coins issued under this Act shall be promptly paid by the Secretary as
				follows:</text>
						<paragraph id="H2ED5D1F2D70D41CCB427B2C3163F2C7F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><fraction>1/3</fraction> to the American
				Eagle Foundation of Tennessee in the United States to further its works.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H9D89F0A1E1F24C3081298DF74F680051"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><fraction>1/3</fraction> to the American
				Bald Eagle Foundation of Haines, Alaska, to further its works.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HFA3A93ECE6834AD4A1EB04BC7489CB9"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><fraction>1/3</fraction> to the Peregrine
				Fund of Boise, Idaho, to further its
				works.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="HEB89D3B19BB546F7AEDF73F7733C9A5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Technical and
			 conforming amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (c) of section 7 is amended by
			 striking <quote>United States and the American Eagle Fund</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>United States, the American Eagle Fund, the American Bald Eagle
			 Foundation of Haines, Alaska, and the Peregrine Fund of Boise,
			 Idaho</quote>.</text>
