		<official-title>To prohibit anticompetitive provisions in gasoline dealer
		  franchise agreements that dictate the wholesale source of
		  gasoline.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5E7BFA20E0EA494F8F68C4C7271B5191" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Eliminate Gas Price Discrimination
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC0F04D732E224DFC90511F6E16EE2DC1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Gasoline franchise
			 conditions</header>
			<subsection id="H2CEC1FF385DE457786A63B5F69D91113"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title I of the Petroleum Marketing
			 Practices Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/2801">15 U.S.C. 2801–2806</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the
			 following new section:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0A63C4A564E540198DB4A9274B84FD61" style="traditional">
					<section id="H453FE581763243ADB0E70E28BC8706F"><enum>107.</enum><header>Limitation on conditions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No franchise may include as a condition a
				limitation on the source from which a franchisee may obtain motor fuel, except
				that the franchisee may be required to obtain only motor fuels with respect to
				which the franchisor, or the refiner that supplies the franchisor, owns or
				controls a
				trademark.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="HC31FE49C0FA84A798300F039137D70F7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of contents of the Petroleum Marketing
			 Practices Act is amended by adding after the item relating to section 106 the
			 following new item:</text>
