			 <quote><short-title>Protecting Every Health Center Act of
			 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE1BA5B5AE3A44A10BBA05CE282B0267C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to the
			 Public Health Service Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 224(g)(4) of the Public Health
			 Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/233">42 U.S.C. 233(g)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>receiving
			 Federal funds under section 330</quote> and inserting <quote>as described in
			 section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act</quote>.</text>
