		  expand eligibility for vocational rehabilitation benefits administered by the
		  Secretary of Veterans Affairs.</official-title>

		<section id="H52C6599AC5E549039863DC8865D8664E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Early Access to Vocational
			 Rehabilitation and Employment Benefits Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H91773D16FAF74ACCA75076DCD456E2EC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Expansion of
			 eligibility for vocational rehabilitation benefits administered by the
			 Secretary of Veterans Affairs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3102 of
			 title 38, United States Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HA55679338B4A432A90D4D66A508F1DD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in
			 paragraph (1)(B), by striking <quote>or</quote> at the end;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H67BBFF5164F6452D8947E3F5E2A36FE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in
			 paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>;
			 or</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H454372E9149648F69086BC100119508"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by
			 adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H69BF1BDCD7CA4A52A3CC7634DCE5FDA" style="USC">
					<paragraph id="H5EDF3BD1B53E494682705B00895C00D4"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the person—</text>
						<subparagraph id="HADEF596082CF46B4A341F8D688AA8FA6"><enum>(A)</enum><text>at the time of the
				Secretary's determination under subparagraph (B), is a member of the Armed
				Forces who is hospitalized or receiving outpatient medical care, services, or
				treatment;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC573CB12E7FF48000087DD2E1395DEB4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>is determined by
				the Secretary to have a total disability permanent in nature incurred or
				aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service;
				and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H2BE08C4EF7074FC585E59B5675922EE7"><enum>(C)</enum><text>is likely to be
				discharged or released from such service for such
				disability.</text>
