 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
  at 701 Loyola Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, as the ``Louisiana 
                 Armed Services Veterans Post Office''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LOUISIANA ARMED SERVICES VETERANS POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 701 Loyola Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, shall be known 
and designated as the ``Louisiana Armed Services Veterans Post 
Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Louisiana 
Armed Services Veterans Post Office''.
